4 c. peaches
3/4 c. sugar
Nutmeg to taste
1 box dry yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Peel and slice peaches. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Over top of this pour dry cake mix. Cover with melted butter and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
