MY BEST CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. milk

Blend eggs, butter, oil and milk together then sift in dry ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Real moist. Melt in your mouth. Serves 6.
