CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP 
1 bag Success brown rice
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked chicken strips
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine broth, green onions and pepper in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add rice and chicken; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4 serving.
