BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
2 (#3) cans baked beans
2 (#2) can kidney beans
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. smoked ham
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 med. onion (chopped fine)

Follow directions on lima bean package, but only cook 10 minutes. Drain and gently mix with baked beans and kidney beans.

Place sausage in skillet. Add small amount of water. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, drain and pan fry until dark brown, don't break skin. Cut in 2 or 3 pieces.

Heat oven 400 degrees. Cut ham in 1/2 inch cubes. Add sausage and ham to beans. Combine seasonings, tomato sauce and catsup, brown sugar and onions. Pour into bean mixture. Put into 3 quart baking dish and bake uncovered 1 hour. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
