NUTTY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 eggs
1 c. mashed pumpkin
1 c. milk

Put all ingredients together in bowl and blend well with mixer. Pour into 8 inch pan lined with unbaked pastry and bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove from oven and top with the following ingredients and continue baking 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix until crumbly.
