CABBAGE SOUP | |
1 sm head cabbage cut med. fine discard core 1 link Eckridge sausage sliced thin 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup plus 2 cans water 1 sm onion, diced 4 carrots (sliced) in coin pieces Put all ingredients except carrots in large pot; bring to boil, cover, turn down heat and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add carrots and cook 15 minutes more. |
