TURKEY LASAGNA 
3 lb. ground turkey
16 oz. box lasagna noodles
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. New York sharp cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook lasagna noodles for approximately 10 minutes. Drain and cool. Brown turkey; add tomato paste and sauce, garlic and onion powder, add all the ingredients except for the cheeses. Stir well. Cook over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease long 3 quart dish with butter. Spread a layer of noodles, a layer of sauce and a layer of the cheeses cut up into pieces. Repeat this step, ending with the cheese on top. Place in 350 degree oven and cook until cheese is slightly brown.
