CARROTS IN OIL 
Frozen whole baby carrots, partially cooked
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, cubed
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
2 dashes pepper

Heat liquids and pour over carrots, onions, and green peppers. Serve at once.
