STROGANO (Without water and oil) | |
1 lb. lean meat, cut in chunks 1 lg. yellow onion, sliced 1/8 tsp. pepper Salt to taste Flour 1 tomato, cut in chunks Mix together salt, pepper and flour. Dredge meat in the flour. Combine meat with rest of ingredients in pan, cook covered tightly for 45 minutes on slow heat, stirring occasionally. It may need a little water, depending on type of pan or if cooked too high. |
