ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
3 oz. jar stuffed olives, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 jar marinated artichokes
6 slices bacon, crumbled
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. mayo + 1 tbsp. vinegar for dressing

Cook rice as directed, cool. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
