1/2 c. peanut butter
4 oz. plain yogurt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chocolate sauce
2 or 3 tbsp. sugar

Combine peanut butter and yogurt. Slowly blend in milk, then chocolate sauce and sugar; mixing well. Pour into Ice Tups. Set, seal and freeze. Or, pour into ice cube trays and insert toothpicks and let freeze.
