GINGER KRINKLES | |
2/3 c. Crisco oil 1 c. sugar 1 egg 4 tbsp. molasses 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger Mix (with electric mixer) oil and sugar. Add egg. Beat well. Stir in molasses. Add dry ingredients and stir. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place 3 inches apart on baking sheet. (If dough is too sticky to roll, place in refrigerator for 10 minutes or add a few tablespoons flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
