AMARETTO CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 to 2 tbsp. butter for browning
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 cube butter
5 oz. orange juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. Amaretto
Orange slices for garnish

Bone, skin, and pound chicken breasts. Dip in Italian seasoned crumbs. Brown in butter. Mix together 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cube butter, 5 ounces orange juice, and cornstarch; cook in small saucepan until slightly thick. Add Amaretto. Pour over chicken which has been placed in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Garnish with orange slices.
