VENISON STOCK
Deer bones
Bay leaves

Boil some deer bones in a large pot and add a couple of bay leaves to the water. For best results, the bones should be cracked or sawed in half. After the bones-meat have boiled for several hours, remove the bones and pull off any meat that is left. Next, put 2 1/2 cups of the stock into 5-cup freezer container (suitable for microwave) and then fill the container with cubed venison meat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
