CHEESE CAKE TARTS 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 room temperature eggs
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Cream first 3 ingredients and put into cupcake paper in cupcake tins. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Combine sour cream and sugar; put about 1 tablespoon on each tart. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool and add cherry or blueberry topping (Comstock). Yield 24-30 servings.
