LEFSE 
8 c. potatoes, mashed
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cream
2 tbsp. sugar

Measure mashed potatoes while warm, add all ingredients except flour. When cooled (leave in refrigerator overnight) Add 4 cups flour. Roll into balls. Place balls back in refrigerator. Take out 1 at a time to fry. Roll on lightly floured pastry cloth. Fry on hot lefse grill.
