COTTAGE CHEESE PECAN LOAF 
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. corn flake crumbs (7 oz. box)
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
Salt, sage to taste

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown. Serve with cranberry sauce or gravy.
