ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can beans
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
6 oz. grated cheese
1 pkg. tortillas

Brown meat and onion. Add enchilada sauce, beans, and soup with water. Cut tortillas in strips, place in pan. Add meat mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Continue until mixture is gone, ending with cheese on top. Bake in 250 degree oven until cheese melts. Serve hot.
