CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1/4 lb. butter
12 oz. marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 sq. unsweetened Baker's chocolate

Combine first 4 ingredients in 4 quart saucepan. Stir over low heat until blended. Bring to a boil over moderate heat. Boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Pour into 2 buttered 9 x 9 pans. Yield 5 pounds.
