CARROT CAKE | |
3 1/2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground nutmeg 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. shredded carrots 1 c. chopped walnuts Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda together. Add salt, nutmeg, cinnamon. Make a well in center of large bowl; add eggs, oil, vanilla. Beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes. |
