JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/4 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. grated cheese
3-4 jalapenos, chopped
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Mix and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour in greased skillet.
