WARM CABBAGE SLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Place finely cut cabbage in a saucepan, add salt and just enough water to cover, and simmer 15 minutes. In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly; mix in flour. To the saucepan, add vinegar and sugar, mix. Stir in egg and flour mixture. Add butter in small pieces. Cook, stirring until thick and smooth. Serve immediately. Do not freeze. Do not make ahead.
