EGG DROP SOUP 
3 1/2 c. water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 carrot, diced
2 green onion, diced
1 env. Lipton noodle soup mix with real chicken broth

Saute carrots and onions; place on paper towel to drain off oil. Bring water to boil, add carrots and onions and soup mix; cook 5 minutes. Work fork, stir in egg. Cook 2 minutes more.
