EGG DROP SOUP 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water
1 egg
3 c. clear chicken broth
(Can use bouillon cubes or strained chicken noodle soup)

Pour broth into pan, bring to a boil. Measure water and cornstarch into baby food jar, cover and shake vigorously. Open jar, pour cornstarch mixture into broth, stir until smooth. Break an egg into small bowl and beat with a fork. Slowly pour the beaten egg into broth.
