SPANISH DELIGHT 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream corn
1 sm. green pepper
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. egg noodles
Sm. onion, if desired
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown the meat until it is done. Boil the egg noodles while the meat is browning. When the meat is done, add the can of tomato soup, can cream corn, small pepper, and onion; cook together for about 5 minutes. Drain the noodles. Add noodles to the mixture, cook 5 more minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
