EASY CHEESY POTATOES 
1 bag hash browns, southern style
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 c. cheddar cheese, mixed in
1 c. cheddar cheese (on top)
1/2 c. milk

Grease oblong cake pan. Spread hash browns in pan. Mix remaining ingredients except 1 cup cheddar cheese. Spread mixture over hash browns and mix well. Top with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
