SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
6 eggs
2 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dairy cream
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. orange
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter to room temperature. Grease and flour bottom and sides of tube pan (10 inches). Set aside. In large bowl beat butter at medium speed (electric mixer) until creamed. Gradually add sugar, beating at same speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beat one minute after each. Scrape bowl frequently with rubber spatula, guiding mixture toward beaters.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes clean and dry. NOTE: Put sour cream in last with spoon; mix together.
