SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Sift flour 3 times. The 3rd time add the baking soda. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat well after each egg is added. Stir in sour cream. Add flour and vanilla. Pour into greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan.
