CHICKEN BREAST IN WINE SAUCE 
6-12 boned chicken breasts
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. dry sherry
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. half and half

Salt and pepper boned chicken breasts. Brown lightly in butter. Place in casserole. Put rest of the ingredients in frying pan and stir until almost boiling. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
