CHICKEN BREASTS IN WINE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. crushed fine herbs
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 halves)

In medium skillet, melt butter. Add chicken, brown on both sides (12-16 minutes). Add mushrooms, wine and herbs. Cook covered over low heat 5-10 minutes, until hot.
