BARBEQUED CHUCK ROAST | |
3 lb. chuck roast, 1 1/2-2 inch 1/3 c. wine vinegar 1/4 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Combine all ingredients except meat. Add meat and then marinate 2-3 hours, turning once or twice. Place on grill or broiler pan about 6 inches from heat. Turn and baste every 10-15 minutes. Broil a total of 35-45 minutes. 6-8 servings. |
