CHEESE CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well and fill cupcake papers to top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, just until top starts to look like it's going to crack. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Top with topping and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Refrigerate 8 hours. Delicious!
