PASSOVER TZIMMES (Sugar Free) 
Carrots
Prunes
Figs
Rai sins
Currants
Cinnamon
Allspice
Cloves

Take 3 pounds of carrots and slice diagonally into 1/16 inch or so slices.

Take 3 1/2 cups of mixture of dried fruit (any mixture will do), figs and prunes should be chopped. Put all in large pot. Cover by 1 1/2 of water or so. Bring mixture to boil.

Lower heat and simmer with cover until water is almost gone (about 1 1/2 hours). Add 1 1/2 tablespoons allspice, 1 teaspoon cloves, 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Stir for 2-3 minutes and serve.
