DIABETIC ORANGE MARMALADE 
2 navel oranges
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. plain gelatin
1/4 c. water
7 to 8 pkg. sugar substitute

Wash oranges, cut away any blemished. Cut oranges in quarters. Sliver the edges of skin until you have about 2 tablespoons of slivers. Set aside. Put oranges, including skin, in blender with 1/2 cup water. Process it on low until oranges are consistency of jam. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Dissolve over medium heat. Add oranges and slivers, simmer over low heat in covered pan for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. After mixture has cooled, add sugar substitute and stir well. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks in a covered container. Makes 1 1/2 cups. 6 calories per tablespoons.
