DEEP DISH PIZZA 
2 loaves frozen bread, Italian or white
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, or desired meat
6 oz. mushrooms
1 sm. green pepper, sliced thin
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
16 oz. spaghetti sauce, extra thick
Italian spices including fennel seeds, thyme leaves
1 sm. onion
Salt and pepper

1. Allow bread loaves to thaw and rise, 3-4 hours.

2. Roll one bread loaf to fit 9 x 12 pan.

3. Brown ground beef in skillet with butter, salt, pepper and onion.

4. Grease pan and sprinkle with corn meal. Place rolled out dough into pan.

5. Add 1/2 of Parmesan cheese on top of bread loaf in dish.

6. Add in all ground beef, mushrooms, green pepper and sprinkle with Italian spices. Then cover with Mozzarella cheese.

7. Pour spaghetti sauce over cheese allowing sauce to run between cheese.,

8. Sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top.

9. Roll other bread loaf and cover pinching edges cloves. Pierce 4 holes in top to allow steam to escape.

10. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
