PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Italian sausage, skinned or bulk OR 1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil
4 oz. mushrooms, optional
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (7 oz.) pkg. cooked Creamettes
1 sm. (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, grated

Brown meat; drain. Place drained cooked Creamettes in casserole. Mix tomato sauce, pizza sauce, meat, onion and spices in bowl; add to Creamettes and mix. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

NOTE: I put most of cheese in casserole and a small amount on top.

Yield: 6 servings.
