BRAZOS RIVER BOTTOM FUDGE PIE 
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
6 lg. eggs
2 (9") pie shells
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Melt butter. Add chocolate chips and mix (microwave or stove top). Add vanilla and eggs. Mix in flour and sugar by hand. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Pies should puff up. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
