BRAZOS RIVER BOTTOM FUDGE PIE | |
12 oz. chocolate chips 2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 2 tsp. vanilla 6 lg. eggs 2 (9") pie shells 1 c. pecans or walnuts Melt butter. Add chocolate chips and mix (microwave or stove top). Add vanilla and eggs. Mix in flour and sugar by hand. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Pies should puff up. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip. |
