TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans mushroom soup
1 lg. pkg. frozen tater tots

In large casserole, layer raw hamburger, onion and frozen vegetables. Pour over top both cans of mushroom soup. Cover with tater tots.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake additional 15 minutes or until tater tot are browned. Can also be done in 9 x 13 inch pan.
