NO - PEEK BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or 1/2 c. fresh

Combine all ingredients. Cook on low in the crockpot all day.

OR, cook beef thoroughly. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours (ready when you come home from church). Spoon over rice or noodles.
