HARVEST WALDORF SALAD 
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 c. diced celery
4 apples, diced
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Drain pineapple (reserve liquid) and combine ingredients.

TANGY WALDORF DRESSING:

2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice

Beat eggs, add juice, sugar and pineapple juice. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Cool, add sour cream. Add and mix with salad.
