COCOA AND COLA CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 c. carbonated cola beverage
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except cola and marshmallows in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed for 2 minutes then blend at medium speed for 1 minute. By hand stir in cola, blend well, then add marshmallows, blend together by hand. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. Spread with icing. Leave in pan to ice.

Cola Icing:

1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. cola
4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. toasted chopped pecans

Combine butter, cocoa, cola and confectioners sugar in small mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Spread on cake.
