4 boxes (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
2 lg. containers Cool Whip light
2 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. bag Oreo cookies, crumbled
8 gummy worms

Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Mix butter, cream cheese and sugar. Mix these together. Pour into large clear bowl. Top with cookie crumbs. Place gummy worms.
