BROKEN GLASS TORTE 
3 boxes Jello, red, green, orange or yellow
1 1/2 c. boiling water each box

Chill in separate pans until firm. Soften 1 envelope (1 tablespoon) gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add 1 cup hot pineapple juice or cherry juice. Cook until thick, fold in 2 cups heavy whipped cream or Cool Whip, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring.

Cut Jello in cubes and add to the whipped cream mixture, place in graham cracker crumb crust if desired.
