ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 stick butter, melted
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream partially melted
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix the butter and Ritz crackers together. Press into the bottom of 2 (13 x 9 inch) oblong cake pan. Mix ice cream, pudding and Cool Whip together in a bowl. Spread over top of crumbs, top with coconut, nuts or crushed Ritz crackers. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
