BROCCOLI STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, cubed
3 or 4 bunches of broccoli or 4 boxes frozen broccoli or 2 bags frozen broccoli
1/3 c. oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic

Saute cubed steak in oil and garlic. Cover and simmer until tender. Add broccoli to boiling water and blanch. Add to steak and finish cooking until broccoli is tender. Add salt and pepper. Serve with Italian bread.
