SWEDISH TEACAKES 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped or ground nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In mixing bowl, cream butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend in flour, salt and nuts until dough holds together. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set, but not brown. Cool slightly, roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar again. Makes about 50.
