COMPANY STRATA 
12 slices frozen white bread dough
12 oz. sharp process cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked ham or chicken
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Shredded cheese for top

From 12 slices frozen white bread dough, cut 12 donuts and holes. Fit the scraps of bread (top crusts removed) in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Layer: 12 oz. sharp process cheese, one 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked and drained), and 2 cups diced cooked ham or chicken over bread. Arrange donuts and holes atop. Combine 6 slightly beaten eggs, 3 1/2 cups milk, 2 tablespoon instant onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard. Pour over bread. Cover. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake 5 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
