INSIDE OUT CABBAGE ROLLS
2 lb. ground meat (beef, pork, turkey, etc.)
3 (15 oz. ea.) cans flavored spaghetti sauce (I use Hunts, it has great flavor)
1 head hearty cabbage
1 cup instant rice, cooked
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs (seasoned)
seasoned salt
dash salt
dash pepper

Prepare your rice per package directions. Heat oven to 375°F.

Mix together your choice meat, seasonings, cooked rice and bread crumbs. Make sure they are firm so you can roll them into a meatball.

Layer a half can of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a larger roaster pan. Lay rolled meatballs into the sauce. Chop cabbage up into medium bite-sized chunks. Pour remaining of all the spaghetti sauces onto the meatballs and cabbages. Try to cover most of the cabbage.

Bake at 375°F for about 2 hours or till the cabbage is no longer crunchy. Great served with mashed potatoes!
