BOREKS (TURKISH MEAT TURN-OVERS) 
Filo crust for triangles or thin-pie crust
1 onion, chopped
3 mushrooms, chopped
1 mint leaf, chopped
1 lb. lean ground meat, any kind, lamb is Turkish

Precook all together. Lightly thicken a little bouillon and mix in. Place a bit on each small triangle of dough. Seal and bake at 400 degrees until brown.
