BAKED ZITI 
1 (16 oz.) Mezzani macaroni
1 (8 oz.) container part skim ricotta cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 qt. tomato sauce (homemade or store bought)

Cook macaroni as per directions. Drain and pour into square pan or casserole. Mix milk and ricotta. Combine with macaroni. Add 3/4 of Mozzarella cheese. Then add 2/3 of sauce. Combine all well. Top with remainder of sauce, grated cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with garlic bread. Serves 6 to 8.
